Hatari

hatari (huth)

Hatari is an Atari ST/STE/TT/Falcon emulator for GNU/Linux, BSD, Mac OS X, Windows and other systems which are supported by the SDL library. The Atari ST was a 16/32 bit computer system which was first released by Atari in 1985. Using the Motorola 68000 CPU, it was a very popular computer having quite a lot of CPU power at that time. Unlike many other Atari ST emulators which try to give you a good environment for running GEM applications, Hatari tries to emulate the hardware of a ST as close as possible so that it is able to run most of the old ST games and demos. Hatari is open source software and is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.

Course is provided in return for a donation to a cancer charity. iCanProgram http://www.icanprogram.com/nofeecourses.html Puppy Linux http://puppylinux.org/ The iso contains, so far, the RCS system, Tcl/Tk, SIMPL, as well as a full Linux version (based on Puppy 4.1.2) that can run as a live CD, on relatively low powered machines (256Mb RAM works fine), or can be installed, in various ways, including on flash drives. It should work "out of the box", but I would welcome comments, suggestions for improvement, and especially any problems with running the course, using it.

Le Graud importe peu

legip (graud)

A home page that gathers simple programs released under a free open source license. There will be no guarantee that the software provided conforms to the EU norms and does not offend the bien-pensants. Some texts may be added that explain how these or other programs are useful and that recommend or criticize programs or group structures that produce software. The licenses used are clearly mentioned in the subprojects' documentation; the preferred license is the GPL-2 except for some trivial scripts released in the public domain; in the future the programs may be re-released under another common free license like the LGPL, GPL-3, BSDL or CeCILL; if some programs are forked or are included in a subproject the original free license is kept.
