  SPIM (Secured Python Instant Messaging) est un logiciel de messagerie instantanée en poste à poste axé sécurité. Il utilise RSA pour son système d'authentification forte et pour le chiffrage des communications. Il est réalisé en python avec l'interface graphique pyGTK. La license du logiciel est la license BSD. Nous sommes actuellement 3 developpeurs sur ce projet.
