This is a mix between the game Fish Fillets Next Generation (see http://fillets.sourceforge.net) and the game Fish Fillets Clone (see http://www.olsak.net/mirek/ff-clone).
The levels and the behaviour of the boundary come from the first, the behaviour of the objects and the game engine come from the second (which has a lot of useful features, such as a powerful undo/redo/save functions).
Ultimately, this project will also provide a version which allow to play exactly the original game with only the game engine frome Fish Fillets Clone.
The source code consists in a lua script to convert the data from one engin to another, released under GNU/GPL v2, and a slight modification of the code of Fish Fillets Clone, whose licence is unspecified… The author has authorized me to use it and make it public, but I have to be more precise with him on what licence can be used.
